Up for Sale is my Toyota 4Runner 4x4 V8 Limited.

I have been the sole owner of this vehicle since I bought it new. All maintenance has been completed including the 1500 dollar timing belt and water pump related maintenance at 100k miles. This vehicle has been incredibly reliable and I have never had an actual mechanical issue. Only standard maintenance. I just had the oil changed and when inspected the shops only comments were that the brakes have only about 30 percent lifespan before they need to be considered.

The Vehicle runs perfectly. There is not a single bulb out or any other mechanical problem. As is typical of a vehicle this age there are scuffs and marks, cracks and dings on both the interior and exterior. I have attempted to show as much of this as possible with the pictures that are included. There are no tears in the leather but the floor mats should be replaced and it wouldn't hurt to steam clean the carpets. I have just had it hand waxed in the last few weeks.

This was the absolute top of the line 4Runner when I purchased it. I'm not going to list every feature that it comes with but there were no other options at the time when I bought it. JBL Synthesis stereo sounds amazing, full time 4 wheel drive (I live in Florida and it has never seen snow). Leather seating, auto dimming mirrors, power seats, towing package (I have never towed with it), 5 disc CD in dash changer, etc etc.

If you are looking for a super vehicle at a really great price this is it. This car has no limitations and will make a great daily driver or maybe just an extra vehicle.

Toyota Tacoma X-Runner dead

A report from last week indicated that Toyota will begin trimming models from its Tacoma lineup starting with the Regular Cab in 2015, but the popular pickup will lose its first variant even sooner than that. For 2014, the Tacoma X-Runner has been dropped, though the company's SR Package could fill the need of those looking for a sporty pickup.
The X-Runner has been around since 2005 with its lowered stance, aftermarket-look body kit and bright paint colors, all of which are offered available only on V6-powered, two-wheel-drive Access Cab Tacomas. The new SR Package sounds like it will offer a somewhat similar appearance, though, with a monotone exterior paint scheme in limited colors accented with smoked headlights, but it will only be offered on Pre-Runner and 4x4 models. Other changes being made to the 2014 Tacoma include a new wheel option with black finish, a wider variety of Entune multimedia features, and the option to have the backup camera display moved from the rearview mirror to the audio system head unit.

Toyota passes BMW as most valuable car brand

An annual market study of the strongest brands across various industries has seen Toyota leapfrog BMW as the world's most valuable automotive brand. Toyota's 2013 brand value rose to $24.5 billion, up 12 percent versus 2012 numbers according to market research company Millward Brown's BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands list. BMW's value fell slightly; down by 2 percent to a total of $24 billion.
Mercedes-Benz finished in third place in the automotive category, up 11 percent from 2012 for a valuation of $18 billion. Honda ($12.4 billion, down 2 percent) and Nissan ($10.2 billion, up 3 percent) rounded out the top five for the category. Volkswagen was the only other auto brand that finished in the top 100 overall, in 100th place. Audi made the greatest percentage gain over 2012, up 18 percent to $5.5 billion, but finished outside of the top 100.
Technology companies dominated the overall list, with Apple, Google and IBM ranking one through three. Couture brand Prada was 2013's biggest gainer, rising by 63 percent over 2012.

GT Academy returns, and why Gran Turismo 6 demands a pedal/wheel setup

The path to become a racing driver is a difficult one. It requires starting early, with karts, and then building up through the years and if you're really, really good (and really, really lucky), a team will notice you and sign you up. Or, you know, you could just become really good at Gran Turismo, and beat out other like-minded fanatics for a seat in the GT Academy.
The racing school, which culls its students from the ranks of Gran Turismo players has already pumped out successful racers, most notably, Lucas Ordoñez, who has a second and third-place finish under his belt at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. With the 2014 GT Academy kicking off April 21 and running through June 16, you could have a chance to be the next Ordoñez.
That won't be easy, though. We recently had a playthrough on GT6 the proper way - with a racing seat, pedals and a steering wheel, complete with column-mounted paddles. (Our setup looked just like the one you see above, though that image is from E3.) In other words, it was as close to driving an actual car as most console games can get.
