AVOID THIS PLACE--they are scammers and overall unpleasant to deal with. They check things off on the inspection list that they do not inspect. I came in with completely empty windshield wiper fluid and left with completely empty fluid, despite the check sheet showing that they had inspected and filled it. It makes me wonder what other things they are lying about on the list (tire pressure? brake inspection?). I came... view more home and filled it myself, so there was no issue with my tank holding fluid. As well, every time I go to this location they find something "wrong" with my car and try to sell me some expensive, unnecessary solution. Of the countless things wrong that they have tried to sell me, the dealership has only confirmed one of those diagnostics and my car has yet to stop running because I did not purchase a fluorescent dye injection test. Today, they told me that I had an oil leak, but halfway through the conversation changed it to transmission fluid..."it could be oil, but it looks like transmission fluid." These two fluids are very distinguishable, so how is it that they have such a difficult time telling them apart? I have given this location enough chances and have left unsatisfied every single time. I suggest anyone to avoid this place and take your business to a courteous, trustworthy shop.
