I was intially reluctant taking my car to a local shop as it had always been serviced at a VW dealership. When Eastside European opened up, I went in to meet them to see if it was worth it. My dealership was far away and wanted to see if it was worth the chance. I picked the car up to see it clean and waiting. They walked me through the work order again to ensure I was comfortable with the work they had done. What re... view moreally impressed me was that they offered for me to see the parts they removed. To me this was a very important indication they valued their work, they valued the relationship they were building with their customer. I would most definitely bring my car back to them for it`s next service. very impressed. It hasn`t performed this well in some time, love it.

Great service!!

I was in need of some major repairs for my Mercedes and by referral from a friend I took my car to Eastside European. There shop wan nice and clean. The waiting room was also nice with coffee and a diverse magazine selection.
The prices were fair and the work was completed on time as promised.
As much as we all hate getting our cars fixed Chris the owner made it as painless as possible,
