The older lady behind the counter is very rude. They need more qualifed managers that know what they are doing .It took 1 hour for my oil to be change because every one was laughing. When I asked for a manager it took him 10 mins to respond and he was laughing when he came in the office. He said he didn`t know why it was taking so long but he would find out, poor management.
