Ok Ladies-you know that feeling you get when you pull into a repair shop and you can see the $$ (dollar signs) in the guy`s eyes? Or feel like you are fresh meat? Well not at Cole`s. I was treated with respect and he didn`t talk to me like I was 5 years old. I could tell right away that I could trust him and know that I`m not going to be taken advantage of. He explained the service, pricing and a warranty! He a... view morelso told me to start saving for my 60,000 maintenance that I need to have done in a couple of months. And it DOES NOT have to be done by the dealer! I already have an appointment. That shows he is also concerned about keeping my car running by doing the regular maintenance. He also offered to drive me back to work. I`m now a customer for life! He`s golden :)

This place is ridiculous. We took a car in, that we were looking to buy, for a general look-over, and they found a few small flaws (on an otherwise perfect car) that I would have never thought to check on. Oh, did I mention they did it for FREE!?!? It makes me sad we live out of state for when we have future car issues... Props to Cole`s
