Rude and unhelpful, a bad referral from Progressive Ins.

I just stopped in for an estimate this morning, I was told that I had to have an appointment. The lady in the office was cold, rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could wait until their appraiser was done and have him look at the car. I was told that they schedule an hour for an estimate and unless there was a no show, I was out of luck. Poor reflection on them too.

Bad service!!

These guys didn`t get my truck done on time and when I got it back parts were missing and my blinker doesn`t work. They couldn`t find the parts and I have been there at least 5 times to try to resolve it. They act like they are sorry but don`t really do anything to fix the problems they make. I do not recommend them!
