They were called to tow our son`s truck to Ford dealership but they convinced him they were qualified and could do it for less. They caused more damage due to incompetence and charged us for their mistake. This is a hard lesson on deception to learn for a college kid.

This company is the rude and unprofessional!

Horrible customer service! They basically ran my car into another car while pushing it back out of a parking space and then refused to provide their insurance information to me and hung up on me several times when I asked for it. A woman named Christy and a man named Tony. Very unreliable. They towed the car but failed to take responsibility for their mistake. I don`t recemmend them at all. Use someone more reputabl... view moree if possible like Jordans Towing or J&J towing. Both of those companies have great representatives who will help you, not make your situation worse!
