I took my car to Bartons Trans...

I took my car to Bartons Transmission because I heard locally that he was the best. around...Little did I know they actually care about their customers as well. I drive a 5 speed, and my gears were grinding when I shifted, and I could hear the bearings in the transmission rattling. He rebuilt my entire transmission, front and rear bearings, and put new sync`s in. When it was done he brought my car to my office to pic... view morek me up, and brought me back to the shop. The next day I didn`t feel it was quite right when I was shifting. So, I stopped by on a Saturday morning to talk to Kenny about it, he was tied up on another job, but said he would come out and drive it to see what I was talking about. Well, I waited like 5 minutes while he finished up, I had to open my own office so I just left thinking I would just come back when he had more time. So, I get to my office, and 5 minutes after Kenny drives up apologizing for making me wait. HE DRIVES TO MY OFFICE!! I have never dealt with any mechanic that cared that much about customer satisfaction. He drives the car and notices that something is a little off(it was fixed, but just not perfect) he said that he would take care of it and make it perfect like I want it. If you need transmission work, and you are anywhere south of the Dallas area.....GO TO BARTON`S TRANSMISSION SUPPLY AND REPAIR.....YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! I KNOW I AM!! I only wish he did other mechanic type work, he would be the ONLY mechanic I EVER used for ANYTHING!!
