You sometimes get what you pay for.

2003 300 ES. Bot new. In almost 10 years I`ve more than made up for the extra price. Other than regular maint. I may have spent $400 on repairs. Always at Hoy-Fox and always with pleasant people. Of course I don`t do my own diagnostic and then try to tell them how to fix the car. Go figure!

I brought my 2003 Lexus IS300 ...

I brought my 2003 Lexus IS300 to this dealer to take care of a small problem that I ended up fixing myself. First of all, the service representative that "helped" me had a bad attitude from the second I walked in the door. I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, and just assume maybe she was having a bad morning, but regardless she seemed more hostile than friendly or helpful. She told me to ... view morepay $93 to have them look at the car (before doing any kind of labor or ordering parts). When I pointed out that I had already used a diagnostics tool at home, and read up on the problem at hand, she basically told me that I was probably wrong and they "don`t work for free". I decided to go find the part to fix it myself and it ended up costing me $12 total to fix. Overall it was a very unprofessional encounter, and the only reason I rate 2 stars is because, even though I wasted my time going across town, I was seen almost right away. I would expect MUCH better from any dealer, especially ones selling higher-end cars like Lexus.
