Unlike the other reviews I have the total opposite. I have been a loyal customer at Rays I have multiple cars that I have had them do numerous repairs on. Whatever problem I am having with a vehicle they fix it right the first time every time. I call and schedule an appointment and the lady is very nice to me and when I arrive she greets me with a smile and is always helpful yes sometimes they can`t fit me in because... view more they are swamped with vehicles but I don`t mind scheduling an appointment for another day. I will stay a loyal customer and I always recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Dan and your whole staff

Same problem here my truck broke down on July 3rd the lady I talked to on the phone was rude told me it would have to sit on the side of the road for a week til they could tow it, so I had someone else tow it to a friends house been without a vehicle a couple weeks now and have called the place like 5 times now Everytime leaving my number waiting for there boss to call back which hasn`t called yet.

Some Warranty STAY AWAY!!!

after having my suburban towed to rays transmission from times before that he had to rebuild the same transmission three times before ,on this insedent he `s trying to claim that it was abuse done to it.how that works with them in there industruy on getting it to be in there favor when its been rebuilt three times before so i write to the better bussiness buraeu to help me out and i got nothing done thru them but ask... view moreing me the same ? that he would and never ansewer the ? that i would ask now its come down to him telling me that he just wants out of it thats how he does his customer severice satisfaction by puting them out when u have proof of his warranty and true facts on what they should cover as he claims being n bussiness for 34 yrs now he dont want to give my money back or even warranty his work cause of his lies and game playing conversations that he comes up with when u talk to him on the phone he makes up other parts names that dont even have any thing to do with your transmission issues. Picked up my Suburban and he just threw all my parts inside my vehicle in pieces. DAM SOME REAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!
