Horrible

They regularly have to wash a car more than once. The service is mediocre at best, and the employees would much rather horse around with each other than clean cars

Save my Bacon!

I recently drove my wife`s new Lexus thru some very sticky mud. She was not pleased to say the least. I asked Red Carpet, on a Sunday AM, to do what they could for the $19.95 deluxe wash. The manager, John, actually helped clean the undercarriage. He stopped the line for over 5 minutes. Then, after running the car thru, did it again. I took the car home with no trace of the mud. Red Carpet may have lost a little mone... view morey on me this trip but will make it up with a completely satisfied customer who will be out there selling their service. Thanks for saving my bacon.
