La Fiesta on Shepherd and 25th worst place!

Went to this dealership on shepherd because my family in the past have purchased several cars from them. The manager i guess is the one that does the contract and he seemed cocky from the beginning. He mentioned several times he was the manager and had been there for 15 years. I found a car i liked got approved and put a good down payment . H tells me the car is not ready but i could pick up the next day......three d... view moreays later i started to get really upset! And the only thing he kept saying was that it was not him doing this to me but the machanics??!!! So after i fume for a little while he tells me in a very rude way that if i don`t want to wait i can have my money back. I was so upset stuck with no car and being spoken to as if i was an idiot. I will never tell anyone i know to go to this place and i know my family will never deal with them again! Now there is one person that worked there that i think should be running the place and that was Ms. Bessy. She was very nice, great people skills and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. She was very apologetic and felt bad for us. Luis should not be running this place. He`s rude and not very helpful, no people skills and thinks his s**t don`t stink.
