This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I used roadside assistance through Nationwide. They dispatched a wrecker at 2:52pm. They continued to be 20 minutes away until 6:36pm, when they finally arrived almost 4 hours later. They began to get their straps together, then the wrecker broke down!! They send a broken wrecker to pick up a broken car!!! As a local business owner, this is totally unacceptable!
