Honest, reliable and fair pricing.

Cost and reliability are very important to my wife and I as we are both retired and living on fixed incomes. We have used this repair shop exclusively for the past four years since moving here from Georgia. During this time her minivan has had transmission and break repair work done; while my truck has had belt / hose replacements and break repairs, not to mention the numerous oil and lube changes for both vehicles... view more. We even send our Grandson?ˆ™s pickup there to be maintained. They do an excellent job and make us feel like family. Every job was priced fairly and within the original estimates. I can?ˆ™t think of a better place in Spartanburg to go for auto repairs.

Knowledgeable, honest and very professional for great customer service,

My wife and I were passing through South Carolina on our way back to Warner Robins, Georgia when my pickup truck began to loose some of its power. I assumed that the transmission was going out and that I would need to replace it. We pulled off the interstate and went to the Mr. Transmission shop in Spartanburg.

Joel, the manager took it for a short ride and did some kind of computer test. The problem was... view more due to over heating of the transmission but was fixable and only took a few hours to complete. The total cost for the repair was $253.00

Had we not stopped for this repair, our transmission problem would have become much worse, leading to a complete and costly failure. In addition, it would have probably happened before we arrived back home. I want to thank Joel and the repair technician Bryan for their help.

ripped off

Had problem identified already, was given verbal estimate of $850, gave go ahead to start work. Transmission was removed and disassembled was aske to come take a look. Problem was as expected, new estimate even though same problem was already discussed = $1600. Transmission in pieces, no option but to pay. Avoid at all costs.
