In early October of this year I learned that this business does not care about customer service. This is my experience: after taking my information the receptionist walked over to a group of men who had been talking about their football fantasy picks, asked who would "like" to take a look at my car. This was 45 min. before closing time. Even though there were 6-8 men sitting in front of computers not one wa... view mores willing to speak to me or give me an indication as to how long I should wait. They were ok with making me wait and wait and wait without a hint as to when someone could pull themselves away from their computers. Finally one man got up and walked over to the other men to inform them that he "just made 80%" on something. As I was walking out I saw in my rear view mirror a man with a clipboard "ready" to help. I have used this company before, but there are other more courteous collision repairs shops in town who value my time. I recommend steering clear of Bud Clary Collision repair and drive over to Behrends Auto Body instead.
