Called wanting to get another key fob programmed. Talked with one guy and he said $35 for this service. He also stated the Mustangs could not be programmed by the owner. I looked in my owners manual and found this to be untrue. Called back the next day and talked with Matt who without a doubt was very rude to me and even gave me a different price for the same service I wanted. If I should ever need a new car in the future Randell will not make my list for places to shop!

September 12 2007 If asked for a recommendation on where to shop for a car and where to have it serviced, I would without hesitation recommend Randall Ford of Fort Smith Arkansas. There was the typical apprehension about a purchase of this size,but, it took less than 30 minutes to find the vehicle I wanted and agree on a price.
