These people are thieves, plai...
These people are thieves, plain and simple. I had a minor problem with my car on the public highway. I was unable to use AAA because these guys had an exclusive contract, so I was forced to use them. They were completely unhelpful, abusive and incompetent. They charged me storage while my car sat on the street and they didn`t repair it. During my long ordeal with them I witnessed the same behavior toward several othe... view morer victims (customers). They prey on people who have no choice but to use them and extort as much money as possible from them.
