ABSOLUTELY RUDE!

I called to inquire about some information. It seemed that the guy I spoke to didn`t want or have time to talk to me so he simply hung up the phone. When I called back, the call automatically went to voice mail. I thought we were accidently disconnected, however, it is obvious to me that he simply did not want to take my call. The only reason they have a 1 star rating from me, is because I wanted to post this review. Otherwise, would I want to conduct business with someone like that?
