Stay away from Northwest Tire ...

Stay away from Northwest Tire and Service!! I had a brake job done at the end of December (2010) and within a few thousand miles the brakes vibrated and shook like crazy. I took it back and they turned the rotors (and charge me). This did not work as they did not change the brake pads which were most likely out of plane due to the warped rotors. I again brought my auto back a couple of thousand miles later and they ... view moreagain turned the rotors and this time did the pads on the rear (Oh and they charged me again to turn the front rotors?ˆ¦they are wearing them out faster than I am!!!). The owner A.J. Faught refused to take care of the problem and in fact hung up on me the first time I actually spoke with him on the phone. Please note?ˆ¦ this place does shoddy work and then refused to take care of the problems. ZERO STARS (yp made me put in one star). DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!
