I would like thank you and you...

I would like thank you and your staff for the excellent service I recently received at Ziegler Glass. Earlier this week I had a new windshield installed in my son?ˆ™s car. I was very impressed at the level of service by everyone at the shop. Beginning with the fact that all the paperwork was ready when I arrived so that I didn?ˆ™t have to wait and ending with a new windshield that was professionally installed, on sche... view moredule, and without so much as a scuff mark on the car. This level of service and a low price to boot! I could not have asked for a better experience with your company and without question I will be coming back to Ziegler Glass for any future auto or home glass needs. There customer service is terrible !

I would never recommend anyone to go to ziegler because there customer service is the worst ! When we first called and made the appointment the owner stephanie was very snooty, she seemed to have an attitude and definitely made us feel like our buisness was something she could do without ! She also would not work with us and our schedule so they are really not flexible. Also what made the situation worse was when sh... view moree told us she was bumping our 2pm appointment for a customer who had not shown up to any of his previous appointments they had booked earlier during the week ! I was very upset because my boyfriend and i both rely on our car for work & school not to mention that it is extremely dangerous for me to put my 6 year old in the back seat with a window that`s about to cave in @ any moment and it`s raining cats & dogs, they seemed not to care about any of this ! Even though they had booked us and than cancelled on me @ the last minute... Im talking 5 pm cancellation when the appointment is set for the next day @ 2 pm. So my advise to anyone who is considering using there services would be to look else where because that stephanie will just cause you more stress than what you need !!!!!
