Terrible customer service, spe...

Terrible customer service, specifically by the shop manager roy mcnaughton. I asked for an estimate. Roy looked at my car and wrote up an estimate. He gives it to me and asks when I`d like to schedule it. I said verbatim "I want to price around first", and he responds "you shouldn`t have wasted my time then".
