CUSTOMER BEWARE

I would have given 0 stars, but YP would not allow it, so they get a 1 star. I will make this a brief summary. BEWARE. Despite the fact that they purchase an ad in the yellow pages phone book, THEY DO NOT service the public. They service POLICE. Also, their receptionist/CSR/whatever her title is, is extremely rude and snarky. She informed me several times that they do not operate 24hr/day, yet I called at 1P... view moreM CST. Her response was that they were closed on the weekends. I, then, asked why she answered the phone if they were closed, and I received a moment of silence as a response. Either way, UNLESS you have a JOLIET/PLAINFIELD/Surrounding area issued police BADGE, they won`t service your towing needs. Summary: Customer BEWARE, this company does NOT serve the public.
