I suppose the response to this email will also be "uncorrect." Because the wrong part was ordered, I settled for simply having the guy disconnect the broken regulator so that the window could be raised manually. Promises of "I`ll call you back" regarding the correct regulator fell through. Do not use this company

We ordered a part from the company and it was lost in the mail. Now four months later they still have not sent a new part or returned our money. I am out $170 and no part. I called them on the phone and the rude man on the phone said he was not the owner or supervisor but he would help me, he did not. When I made another call he now was the owner. He would not even give me the claim number that he says he claimed with the post office for insurance,he said it was none of my business. I think it is my business on my own claim (I doubt their is a claim) (and he claims the post office is lying). WARNING!!!! GREAT SERVICE,GREAT PRICES,GREAT PARTS
