Incompetence Rules

Watch out for this place! I took my car in for an oil change recently - they were pretty quick, and I think I know why. I started noticing fluid spots on my garage floor so I took it into my dealer to find out what was wrong. $100 later they said the oil drain plug had not been tightened and I was losing oil. I went back to Economy to complain and their reply was ""So?"" No apology, offer for a refund, or any concern... view more for my experience and expense. There are plenty of other options out there today, and I would suggest you try one that actually cares for you and your car.
