If I could give less than a one star rating I would!!! Global Collision lied to me about having the check from my insurance, severely delaying the repairs of my car. They also lied about having ordered parts, when none were yet ordered. Although I do not have an uncommon car, the front bumper was ordered incorrectly 2 separate times. I did not receive the repaired car until TWO FULL MONTHS after the accident.... view more We drove immediately to their shop a half hour after the car crash, so their was no delay on our part. Since I was only visiting Colorado for xmas, my life was totally disrupted (to say the least) because I was not able to return home in a reasonable amount of time. At Global Collision, the lack of organization and lack of concern for customers is appalling, and I would suggest to anyone to take their business elsewhere.
