Most unprofessional business ever encountered

These are probably the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in regard to purchasing auto parts. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another source. After several ""conversations"" with them, I can just visualize their office and staff: gap-toothed mouth-breathers living in a rat-infested single room trailer surrounded by junked cars.
