A month ago one of my tire I b...

A month ago one of my tire I bought from them last year was broken on my way home, next day I took it there to replace it since I paid extra for a protection plan. First they were not even check with their computer and said that my tire was not bought it from them, then I told the guy who I believe he is the owner of the store, I can go home to find the papers to proved I bought this tire from them. Once I found the... view more papers at home, I received a phone called from him said that they found the record I did bought that tire from them, but he won`t replace a new tire for me, he just said that if I buy two new tires from him he will give me a discount for both of them. At that point I know that he just wanted to trap me again to buy an extra tire, why should I trust someone who is dishonest of the first time. So I took my car to replaced a new tire from a store in called American Tires located at Cathedral City, the service there is friendly and fast, and the price are much cheaper than Daniels Tires Service.
