Fantastic Auto Body & Detaling

Kudu`s to the team at Anchor Burlingame. You went beyond what I expected on the BMW. It looks new again and I feel great driving it again.

It really looks like factory paint and beiieve me, I have checked in every single crevice throughout the car.

On time and on budget...that is what I like.

Horrible

Not only did they take 5 weeks to repair my car when they assured me it would only take two, but when I got it back there were scuffs on the inside where the repairs were done and one of the ceiling panels was loose. I also noticed that one of the tires (all less than a year old when I brought them in) was completely worn when I got my car back. So worn that I had to replace it immediately. bad experience

They are pretty expensive but they did a lousy job - very superficial with a lot of deficincies - and I am talking about detailing - not mechanical repairs - many spots were left dirty, untouched. The owner`s behavior was unprofessional

I took my car in for a significant interior cleaning & detail due to a spill--got the car back, outside looked great; inside was clean but since the cleaning I`ve found several areas that were not cleaned at all, such as in between the seats. Also, the car stalled within a day of getting it back from Anchor due to the engine being steamed (I didn`t know they were going to do this) which lead to my needing new spark ... view moreplugs. The Anchor ""customer service"" person claimed that it wasn`t their fault and were initally refusing to pay my mechanic for the spark-plug service. Eventually they paid the $110 cost to my mechanic but only after multiple phone conversations and pleading. Finally, over time the interior door areas where they did clean have blistered and bubbled. Probably would recommend for exterior cleaning only, but on the interior -- beware.
