Service Dept. Horrible

Brought my suburban in for warantee work. Was told everything was completed and ready for pick-up. Upon my arrival I was informed that the work was not covered by warantee that I would have to pay out of pocket. Called GM to find out why they said to pick-up vehicle and pay the balance and they would look into it. Eventually GM realized the problem should have been covered. The dealer has yet to reimburse me after GM... view more told them they would pay. Mullahey`s Service Mgr. Mark is truely not a customer service first guy. Mark called GM and was trying to not have them cover the problem. He never looked at my vehicle and admitted that to me, but he went out of his way to call and try to not get my problem taken care of under warantee. There are`nt many dealers around anymore but I will never go here again. I would drive 100 miles for service before going to this dealer!

Best Deals in Town!!

Recently purchase a car from Mullahey Chevrolet and the salesman Mike Morales went out of his way to make we got a great deal. With the first step on the dealership, there was no pressure from the salesman! I would recommend this dealership and salesman to any one looking to purchase a car.
