I live within walking distance of this place and have been here more than a dozen times. I will save my opinion and just present the facts. Every time I have had a hand wax/detail done, they have caked the wax in the cracks and smeared it on the plastic parts(tail lights, body moulding) and they even armor-alled a painted bumper! The car wash is mediocre and misses a lot of spots on my Ford Escape(not an enormous ... view morecar at all) and the attentdants seem to miss it afterward too. The proverbial straw was last week when they sprayed some kind of foul air freshener(which I specifically request they don`t use) which is still lingering.
