Jim Matson is THE BEST automechanic in Los Angeles, and the best I have ever had anywhere. He`s honest, easy-going and great at what he does. He is always entirely straightforward about repairs, weighing the benefits and detriments of any fix against the value of the car. He`ll tell you flat out if he thinks it`s not worth it for him to do work on your car (if it`s old, or if it won`t be much help in the long run).
