I have been using Show Low Ford for my service needs and have bought 2 vehicles from them since 2009. When I go there, I am always treated with respect by everyone there, but I prefer to deal with Service Advisor Blake, as he seems to be knowledgable and ready to help any way he can. I have actually seen him go into a vehicle that came in for service, crawled under the dash and did something, came back out and said i... view moret was fixed. No charge! It is honesty like this that keeps me coming back. And if you ever have an issue that you think is not being resolved, take advantage of the owners (Guy Hatch) open door policy.
