For sale by a PRIVATE SELLER is a GORGEOUS, FULLY LOADED, ONE OWNER 2013 BMW X6 xDrive 35i.  I have both keys, books, manuals etc.  The X6 was purchased back in March of this year and has about 8,000 miles on it currently.  The vehicle is driven daily so miles will change.

When I say FULLY LOADED, I mean it.  I don’t think there was an option available that isn’t on this X6.  It’s got…

Sport Activity Package - $1,900

Cold Weather Package - $750

Luxury Seating Package - $1,700

-Active seat for driver

-Front ventilated seats

Premium Package - $3,300

-Universal garage-door opener

-Comfort Access keyless entry

-Rear View Camera w/ Top View (there are cameras in the base of the rear view mirrors)

-Rear manual side window shades

-Interior mirror w/ compass

-4-zone climate control

-Navigation system

-Voice-command

-Real Time Traffic Information

Premium Sound Package - $950

-Satellite radio w/ 1 year subscription

-Enhanced Premium Sound - $1,000

20” Alloy Y-spoke wheels - $950

Running Boards - $300

3 Rear Seats - $350

Full LED Lights - $1,900

BMW Apps - $250

Original sticker was $74,045!!!  That is before the dealer installed window tint and the accessories we added.  This X6 has the BMW splash guards all the way around, BMW door sill guards, BMW valve stem caps, wheel locks and Weather Tech floor mats.  We even did the mat for the cargo area.  This is such an awesome car and has so much stuff on it, it’s incredible.  The driver’s seat even massages you as you drive!!!

This X6 is a blast drive with the sport suspension, big wheels and high performance tires.  We constantly get 22-24mpg on the highway.

The interior is flawless!  Only blemishes on the exterior are a few very small rock chips on the front.  Other than those minor rock chips, there are no dents, dings or scratches.  No accidents, no paint or body work.  Adult owned, not abused and non-smoker.

In Arizona buying from a Private Seller means NO SALES TAX!  If you are from another state check the rules as this could save you thousands!  The X6 is financed through Bank of America.  We love the X6, but it isn’t the ideal daily driver with where we live.  However, this is by no means a fire sale and we won’t give it away.  For the right price, we’ll sell it.  Otherwise, we keep it and enjoy getting into it every morning.  Based on others listed for sale and all the options in this one we feel our price is fair.

Six 'shut up and take my money' cars

Tue, 11 Nov 2014

Any time you see this iconic moment in pop culture - Shut up and take my money! - posted in response to a new car reveal, rumor for an upcoming model or even lip-service to a vehicle that should exist, you can bet there's some intrinsic good in the idea. Though depending on the person offering up the cash, that good could take the form of extraordinary form, functionality, weight savings, power, handling, etc. You get the idea.
In fact, when I first proposed this list, I reached out to the Autoblog staff to help me brainstorm. Here are some of the ideas they offered up that I ultimately didn't use: Jaguar XE Coupe, Pagani Huayra Roadster, Mercedes-Benz S-Class "parade car" (cabriolet), Morgan 3-Wheeler with Ducati V-twin, Ford Transit Connectamino (pickup), Mercedes CLA63 AMG, Ford Fusion 5.0, BMW i8 Spyder, Lexus RC-F Shooting Brake, Volvo XC90 Polestar. Oh, and things we collectively wanted to stick Dodge's Hellcat in were almost as numerous as models that Fiat Chrysler Automotive currently makes (though none quite so compelling as the Grand Cherokee you see above.)
Ultimately though, while I used a couple of ideas from my colleagues, the list of cars I'd shell out for unquestionably is very personal. Though it isn't complete, what follows is a selection of cars whose very existence would prompt me - or the trust-fund-baby versions of me - to utter without hesitation: "Shut up and take my money."

BMW 4 Series configurator comes online

Mon, 08 Jul 2013

The best money in the world might be configurator money - you never run out of it and you can never spend it the wrong way. We hope you're ready to dip into your configurator savings account, because it's time to start speccing out the 2014 BMW 4 Series, the coupe having just arrived in the virtual world.
There are four possible opening gambits: the 428i for $40,500, the 428i xDrive for $42,500, the 435i for $46,000 or the 435i xDrive for $48,000. After you've chosen your first move, there are three trim options: the $1,400 Luxury Line that features lots of chrome and wood (shown), the $1,700 Sport Line that adds lots of gloss black and contrasting trim color and stitching, or the $3,100 M Sport that offers the M Estoril Blue hue and lots of M-division specific accessories.
Starting with the 435i xDrive and M Sport, we then added items like the 19-inch wheels ($900), the Dynamic Handling Package ($1,000), Cold Weather Package ($700), Premium Package ($2,200), Tech Package ($3,150) and the Lighting Package ($1,900) on top of any other box we could check. The total, after the $925 destination and handling charge: $66,749.

BMW unleashes new M4 racer on DTM

Mon, 03 Mar 2014

We may not get to enjoy the fruits of it all, but we're in the midst of a golden age in touring car racing around the world. In Northern Europe, rival local series have amalgamated into the Scandinavian Touring Car Championship. In the UK, the British Touring Car Championship is enjoying the largest and most diverse grid in its long history. In Australia, the V8 Supercars series has grown from a Holden vs. Ford battle to include challengers from Mercedes, Nissan and Volvo. And in Germany, the DTM championship has managed to lure BMW back onto the grid to open up the battle between Mercedes and Audi. All good things, in short.
Since returning to the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters in 2012, BMW has won the drivers' title once and the constructors' title twice, proving the Bavarian manufacturer to be not only a suitable challenger to the two-horse race between its star- and ring-emblazoned rivals, but the dominant force in German tin-top racing. Now BMW is set to enter its third season since returning to the DTM, and this is the car with which it intends to do so.
Replacing the M3 DTM that has impressively won half of the DTM races it has contested over the past two years, BMW's latest racing car is made in the mold of the new M4 coupe. Only it's even meaner. While the production version has switched to a turbo six, the DTM version still uses a V8: a 4.0-liter unit with four-valve cylinder heads, mandatory air restrictors and a Bosch ECU to channel 480 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque to the rear set of Hankook racing slicks through a six-speed sequential gearbox. The lightweight chassis is rounded out with competition-level aerodynamics and all the mandatory safety equipment.
