I took my car to be fixed at United and Robbie was great. He gave me a deal on fixing my front bumper and I am about to take my car to get fixed there again. It took a little longer than I expected, but they worked with me to get it fixed by the time I needed my car back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Best estimate in Auburn

United Auto Collision had the best estimate in Auburn. I literally went to every car repair shop in town and they under quoted everyone by at least $500.00. They did good work and I got my car back quickly! Staff went out of their way to make this experience easy!

Horrible

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any business. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I want to go somewhere that actually cares about their customers. This was not the place to find that kind of service. I did not speak to one kind employee there. Absolutely horrible...
