Customer Service Appreciation

Went to Merchant`s Tire on W Patrick St to purchase tires. Particular tire and size was out of stock. Customer Service associate Bob Jose ordered immediately from warehouse in Manassas and had them delivered pronto. While waiting for the tires to arrive, the Merchant`s team worked me in for an alignment and other service. I had arrived at 10:00 am and was on my way with new tires by 2:30 pm.
