He did it to me a couple of times... gave me one price when he started the work and the invoice at the end was quite different. Nice to know it wasn`t just me. They did crap work on both my car and my truck I wound up taking both vehicles somewhere else to correct issues. I would never ever recommend this business to someone I liked.

Their quote was not honored. When I went to pick up my car the repair cost was much higher even though they did no extra work to warrent the increased cost. Bill over charged me and said oh well eveyone`s doing it. That`s the cost of running a business. The work was not completed by the time given.

After getting an outragous estimate for brakes from Firestone in Lakewood, I got a second opinion from UP R&M. Boy, I`m glad I did! If you want fast, honest service, go see Bill & Joyce!!!
