Customer Service Above & Beyond...

T&T has a huge selection of tires & wheels. A few years ago had trouble finding tires for my 1990 Vanagon because Michelin discontinued the model specified by the factory. T&T researched it, and was able to specify two models that would work. They to order two of four tires in the model I wanted. So they installed two of model I ordered and gave me temporary use of two tires of the other model - at no charge. This wa... view mores a HUGE courtesy, because my wife was driving my daughter`s girl scout troop the next day to a weekend campiing trip. In my book, thats going above & beyond! So, when I needed all weather tires for my SUV last fall, T&T was the place to go. Ed showed me three options and explained the differences. I went with Nokian, a brand I had not heard of before. I can tell you, after driving them through a ski season and lots of rain - Nokian`s are the best tires I`ve ever owned. I didn`t chain-up once, stopping on slippery conditions was much improved and rainy roads are a breeze. I will buy Nokian again. I`m writting this review from T&T`s show room (watching the game) while getting rotation, balance, and nail removed - all free. They are also changing the oil with synthetic blend & filter - on sale too! I highly recommend T&T.
