Nothing but a bunch of lies. Don`t believe a word they say . They will promise fixes that never happen! They will promise a full detail and just wash and vacume this is not a detail! Nothing but hassles with this dealership. Save yourself a headache and stay clear of this place !!!

I bought a 2005 Maxima.David B...

I bought a 2005 Maxima.David Butler was very friendly and attentive.On our way home though an alarming shifting problem occurred. It was as I describe as a violent downshift. Also there is no cooling from the aircon.I talked to David and he was concerned and asked me to bring it back.I might add that I did not purchase a warranty.I just feel when a dealer has a reputation on the line they will make it right and I am ... view morecounting on that.
