We took our vehicle for long term maintenance service at this repair shop. Approximately one year later the vehicle was taken to a certified Ford dealer. Vehicle was found the aforementioned repair services were not performed or performed in a poor manner. The dealer recommended repair work redone. Wardell Automotive was contacted and informed of the dealer`s recommendation. Wardell Automotive did not stand behind ... view moretheir repair service and offered to reperform the service again at full parts and labor charge. I would not recommend the repair service they do not offer fair resolution when it is brought to their attention that repairs have been performed incorrectly.

Wonderful

The staff of Wardell Automotive was helpful and friendly. They were incredibly fast at getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and worked with me because of my work schedule. I would take my car there again and would recommened them to others.
