Connwill Management proved to be a very helpful resource for us during a recent retail development project. They had a smaller staff than some of other development consulting groups we interviewed, but we found that to be a major plus for our project (35,000+ SF retail/mixed-use) as we were given great attention and great service during the year and half we had them under contract.
