I have been looking to replace my 1995 F-150 pickup with something smaller and with better mileage. Decide on a 2001 or newer Nissan Pathfinder, found a good looking one at OCC and wrote to them, they said it was a 5 speed and I wanted an auto, but they had a 2001 Infiniti QX4 same car different name. We get there find the car look it over and go for a test drive. It runs good no smoke or noise (from a cold start) seems OK. Well the air cond doesn`t work, noted, the windshield has a stone chip, noted, rear windows don`t roll down, noted, the rear bumper is slightly damaged, noted and the rear win deflector is missing, noted. Asking price was $6995.00. We said we have a draw from retirement of $4,000.00, we want $2,000.00 for the pickup and we want $1,000.00 off for the items noted, ten minutes they come back and say OK done deal, we sign the papers they take money to process the DMV transfer, easiest car lot buy ever. 4 days pass, we get a letter from OCC that they unexpectedly had to close the business and we need to contact this other car dealership to get our title. Turns out OCC was taking cars on consignment from this other dealership, also turns out they sold as many cars as possible took the money, (did not pay the consignor dealership and did not obtain the titles) closed the OCC dealership locked the doors shut off the website and have my (and many other people`s) money and my pickup to boot. Bad men, also Oregon A.G. has fined them in the past for many unethical business practices unbeknownst to me of course.

Im so glad I read reviews before I gave my hard earned money to a bunch of liars. They post cars on craigslist trying to lure people in and they DO NOT even have the car. Two different times we called asking about a car only to get oh it just sold and then they were rude and try to push other cars onto you. AND then the next day youll see the EXACT same car posted again. So we called again and this time it was there?... view more!?!? But once we got to the lot...SOLD! Really? Sold in 30 mins? Other reviews I read said the same thing. Times are rough in this economy and to see hard working people giving their money to people untrustworthy and looking to scam poor people who dont know any better pisses me off!!!!! Please do your research everyone glad I did!!!!!

This business gets a star because I can`t post this without it.. Although the sales Tony was a really good guy and I would do business with him if he worked somewhere else... It`s high pressure sales and then rudeness and bull. I was treated with dis respect and was hung up on. They did the bate and switch then refused to work with us. We had our own financing but they kept changing the offer making it worse and wors... view moree... After reading other reviews... I am SO glad that we didn`t make the deal!!!!!

ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE...KEEP READING!!! This place is a joke!!! Bought a 2005 Acura TL in August of 2011, by Oct. 2011 I needed to replace the transmission, battery and headlights. Nov. 2011 I needed to replace the brakes all around. Took it to Ron Tonkin Acura and they told me I need $3400 more worth of work done to the car ON TOP of the $4700 I just spent. Reason why I was surprised... the dealership gave me an autocheck report...but apperantly gave it to me for the WRONG car...entire process was terrible. Had to return three different times because they couldnt get the paperwork correct. When I asked to be compensated for my time and travel (three times is a bit excessive) the carsales man LAUGHED in my face and told me to stop looking for a free hand out. Not to mention, my wife went there before me, and while looking around they tried pressuring her into any and all of the CRAP cars they had on there lot...she chose the one she wanted, and then the finance manager tried FORCING a service contract on her...she ended up leaving and I went back to close the deal, but before that I called to address the EXTREMLY HIGH PRESSURE sales issue, and the salemen told me MY WIFE LIED?!?!? TERRIBLE PLACE...TERRIBLE PEOPLE...dont spent your hard earned money here...unless you have extra $$$ to spend on repairs. They are terrible!!!!

I am 6`7"" and finding a truck or car for me is a chore. I went to several easy finance places and didnt find anything that fit me or my financing. I went into Oregon Car Connection and they were extremely busy. I waited and one of the two sales guys broke loose enough to help me. He was extremely polite. I could see he was busy.
