Stay away. These people go by various names, but consider yourself warned. If you find yourself in a situation where buying a car through a place that offers financing for poor credit individuals, there is usually a problem. These cars might look nice on the outside, but they are truly garbage. Go buy a car off craigslist if you must, I`m sure it will last longer than the one you purchase here. Also, check the review... view mores on their finance company, Automotive Services Finance. They are in so many violations of consumer rights its laughable. I`m sure these positive reviews are the employees trying to stick up for their dirty job. If it wasn`t illegal I would have lit the place on fire already. Good thing I`m an honest hard working citizen huh? Hopefully that paints a picture for potential buyers! Good luck on your car hunt!

WORST CAR DEALER EVER!!

So of course we had some credit problems and found this place. I wouldn`t refer them to my worst enemy. They were so full of sh*t they didn`t even know what they were saying. They sell cars that are completely unsafe and don`t care. If you have any maitenance problems they take the car to &quot;friends&quot; who don`t do anything. My car had been inspected 2 weeks before i bought it, and half of what was chec... view moreked wasn`t even working or there. I got into a car accident and because they sold me a car that had no bumber support, and the crash absorbers that were in the front they had taken out, So my car was TOTALED from a fender bender. Don`t waste your time or your money here, it`s a complete rip off, they don`t hold up to the prices they have online, infact they wouldn`t even tell us prices until i pulled it up on my phone and showed them, but of course they gave me some bullsh*t reason as to why the prices had changed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! You will most definitely regret it!!

best used car dealer

Auto showcase is a great dealer!!!!! I traded in my car for a mustang GT and I love it! i have not had any problems with it!!!! And for the sales team... they were awesome! my rep was patient and sweet! they were not pushy like most car dealers and seemed to really care about what i wanted !!! thank you Virginia Beach Auto Showcase!

DONT let them take care of the TAGS

They have really nice cars. BUT...... now they have thier money they are not worried about taking care of my tags. I am now about to go on my 3rd set of 30 day tags. They are curling up and the last set fell off and I ended up driving with no tags. I traded in a vehicle and all they have to do is transfer the tags to the new vehicle. I really didnt think it was that hard. If I though that it would take this long I w... view moreould of keep the money and took care of it myself a long time ago. I have bought 2 other cars and have never had any problems I have been issued 30 day tags and got the plates in less than week on both of them. Word of ADVICE take care of you tags yourself. So hopefully the weather is nice so you tags dont fall off and roll up. GOOD LUCK.
