DON`T DO IT....SCAM ALERT!!!

So I take my car there to get an oil change. Had a Groupon... Looking for a place to possibly build a relationship with and take my vehicles. Everything great with the car when I pull up. When I pull off after the oil change the car is jerking and sputtering. I take it back and THE OWNER tells me "for $60, I can run a diagnostic". What?
