I am disappointed the service i had

It was local to us and me and my bro went today to oil change since we had oil change coupon. I made appointment before head out there. When we got there the guy at counter told us it is going to take 40 min. My bro had hair cut and when we got back to Merchants at was 45 min since we dropped the car, but our car was still sitting outside. I asked the guy he said it is going to take 30-40 min more. Slow slow slow ... view morecant believe that`s why i made an appointment to to sit there over an hour.!!!!! Finally it gets inside the shop guy told us old change place did so tighten up the thing so they cant change filter but the charged us exactly same price for oil change even though they did not change filter. Overall i am not recommending this place Service is way to slow . Normally oil change takes 30 min with appointment.
