Will NEVER go back there.

I do not recommend this location for vehicle service. STARR Motors is independently owned . I have had an issue on two occasions now with a female member of the service team that did not and would not honor my Chrysler Service Plan. I have all of the proper documentation from Chrysler and they refused to comply with it. I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to another Chrysler dealership that complies with Chrysl... view moreer rules, contracts, and has better service overall.
