Has failed to pay money owed.

Charles from American Auto Salvage agreed to tow and pay for my car for parts after the motor died. He towed the car and told me that he would mail a money order to me for $100. That was over six weeks ago. Every week, I call to find out why it hasn`t arrived, and every week he tells me he will send it. He has not done so. I think that this is a dishonorable practice, to say the least. Although I hope that he will f... view moreollow through on his multiple promises, at this point I would discourage anyone from doing business with him or with American Auto Salvage.
