I bought a Porsche 911 that was in outstanding condition. First thing I noticed when I arrived at Austin Auto Direct was how clean the whole place was. The office was very professional looking, nicely decorated and all the cars in the warehouse were all spotless. I was able to test drive it and my decision was made. I will have to say that my experience was very different and in a very good way. The BMW I purchased was more than I expected. Every other BMW 335 I saw during that week were not as nice as this one. They really know what they are doing and were more than honest with me which is hard to say for other places I deal with on a daily basis. Outstanding Dealership! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-end car. I found the car I wanted and it was much better than all others I have seen and test drove. I was shocked when I went to see this dealership. I called first for directions and spoke with Nicole who was very friendly. I arrived and met Ivan (Sales Manager). He was extremely professional and non-threaten when meeting him. The facility there is more like a Art Deco studio with nice furniture and Big Screen TVs instead of most plain Jane Dealerships. I don`t normally write reviews but I wanted to because of the experience I had with Ivan. I have had bad experiences in the past and I know buying a used car is not easy sometimes, but in this case, it was very easy. The car was as described and is a great for one. I didn`t expect a new car and most used cars I have seen were in worse shape when I saw them in person such as torn seats, worn out buttons, carpet sta... view moreins and bad odors. The BMW I bought was very clean and I loved the way they did not pressure me. They let me drive the car on my own and let me take my time.
