Bad customer service

Rios tires & wheels on old 83 mcallen tx, purchased a tire for 125$ that would be arriving the following business day, paid for the order, minutes later called espino tires for a price on the same tire for $45 dollars less. When asked to cancel order joel from rios tires says he cant because he had already processed the order, he knew he could cancel the order but was being a a**hole and didnt even want to match ... view morethe price ATLEAST. I understand i shouldve done my research before purchasing, but they couldve atleast match the price. Lesson learned! Go to Espino tires! I guarantee they will give you a better price.

great tires

I bought my tires there about 3 weeks ago. They are located off old 83 between 23rd and 29th St. in Mcallen. I drive a VW Passat and I needed my 4 tires. I was in and out super fast, great customer service and great price. I really liked their customer service because they even gave me 4 free floor mats since i bought my tires there!
