OVERPRICED!!

I went to Frank`s because I was having an issue with my A/C in my truck. I took it to Frank`s to get an estimate. Later that day they called me back with an estimate of $1800 dollars. That was expensive for me so I took it to another shop down the road. The other shop quoted me $550 dollars. When I told him the quote I got at Frank`s, the laughed and said he gets customers from Frank`s all the time due to overpric... view moreing. Frank`s automotive will overprice you!!! MOST HONEST I EVER MET

I have been to franks before with my vehicles and they are as nice and honest as the day is long. but this last time i went i thought my clutch went out in my car. I had it towed by bigfoot towing which were really nice pepole, to franks automotive. when they called me and told me it was just my clutch master i was very happy. They Broke IT !!!!

I recieved a coupon for an oil change and decieded to use it. The place was nice and clean, all was going great until the owner asked if I had any ""problems starting my car""? I have had NONE... I drive a stick and you have to have the car in reverse to take the key out, well it did not happen when the employee drove my car for the oil change. He apparently yanked the key out of the ignition w/o the car in revers... view moree, and now the key hold is stuck in the ACC postion and wont turn on or off!!!
I cant start my car and had to dissconnect the battery. They push started the car and now the car sits at home.
Funny thing is that they refused payment for the oil change. Can you say GUILTY.
