I know customer satisfaction and presenting yourself professionally is important in business. But man! This mechanic is rude on the phone before I even show him the car. Please avoid this mechanic, unless you like to be treated like a scum bag. I am pretty mellow guy, but this mechanic insulted me and hang up the phone on my face when I told him that another mechanic was willing to do the same kind of service for... view more $50 less. Right before I could even asked him if he can match it, he blew up, got unprofessional, and hang the phone up without any further discussion. I was willing to make a deal with him if he is available, but noooooooooooooooo, he hung up the phone.....very, very , very unprofessional.
